Apply for Peru Business Visa from ‘Sticker Visa’ Bangladesh Office

Required Documents to Submit at Our Office (whichever applicable/available):

  1. Original Valid Passport along with Old Passports, (valid for at least 1 year or more after the intended stay/departure date from Peru; at least Two unused/blank visa pages); No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page; Clear Photocopy of front and last page and used pages (Current passport and last 02 old passports).
  2. Fully completed Four(4) copies of Visa Application Form – must be completed in black ink and block letters. The applicant must sign the application form, and the signature should match the signature on the passport.
  3. Four(4) recent passport size photographs with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Click here for Photo Specifications.
  4. A Covering Letter from the applicant on plain A4 paper, starting with the name, designation, Passport Number, travel dates (in & out), purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his/her phone number & email address.
  5. Proof of the purpose of stay in Peru: A notarized invitation letter in Spanish from the business associate in Peru to be directly mailed at consular@embassyperuindia.in or faxed at +91-11-4616-3301 and a copy to you.
  6. A day-to-day meeting agenda.
  7. A Letter from the recognized local chambers of commerce in Bangladesh confirming the company’s registration details.
  8. Proof of registration of the company.
  9. Police Clearance Certificate not older than 2 months.
  10. Documents proving sufficient funds to support the stay in Peru and to return to the state of residence or to travel to a third state. Such as Six (6) months’ bank statement (saving and current a/c, as applicable) of the applicant as well as of the company in Bangladesh, and a copy of an international credit card with six months credit card statement (if any).
  11. TIN Certificate & Income Tax Return (ITR) Certificate – both personal and company.
  12. In case of sponsored trips: Sponsor in Peru or Bangladesh should present a guarantee letter in which he/she confirms that he/she will be responsible to bear all costs of boarding and lodging of the applicant or repatriation in case of traveler has acquired illegal status.
  13. Proof of current social and professional status of the applicant:
    • Service Holder – Letter issued by the employer on company’s official letterhead establishing a position of the employee in the company, years in service, grant of leave and salary certificate of the last Six (6) months.
    • Business/self-employed – Visa request letter on official letterhead with company registration papers.
  14. Means of transportation and intention to return to the country of residence: reservation of return travel ticket for airplane, bus, or boat; registration card and driver’s license if traveling by car; If the person is traveling to a third country, then proof of itinerary (travel ticket, etc.).
  15. Accommodation: hotel booking, private or other accommodation, real estate title deed or lease, proof of ownership or lease of a boat etc. Accommodation can be provided by the guarantor or the inviting party if so indicated in the Letter of Guarantee or the Letter of Invitation.
  16. National ID card (if available) copy, translated into English and duly notarized.

Kindly note that the applications for a Peruvian visa for the business visit are processed as per actual plan of travel and stay. Any change in travel plan, cancellation / change of accommodations etc. after submission of application will lead to delay in processing of application.
