International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
Minimum Overall score of 5.5 for Bachelor’s & 6.0 for Master’s, with no band below 5.5Pearson Test of English (PTE)

Minimum Overall score of 105 with no section score below 95.Please note that the English proficiency test requirements may vary depending on the specific university or college you are applying to. It is always best to check with the university or college directly to confirm the specific requirements.
Q. Can I apply with my spouse/dependent?
No, international (non-EU) students applying to study in Ireland cannot bring their dependents or spouse with them.
The only exception is if the student is a PhD student, and their spouse or dependent is a third-level qualified researcher. In this case, the spouse or dependent can apply for a dependent visa to join the student in Ireland.
The Irish government has this policy in place to ensure that international students are able to support themselves financially during their studies. Allowing dependents to join students would put an additional financial burden on the students, which could make it difficult for them to complete their studies.
If you are an international student who is planning to study in Ireland, you should be aware of this policy and make arrangements for your dependents to stay in your home country while you are studying.
However, there is good news for students who successfully complete their formal education in Ireland and secure a job under the critical permit scheme. They can immediately apply to bring their spouse and dependents to live with them in Ireland. This policy encourages international students to pursue their education in Ireland and, upon graduation, take advantage of career opportunities while keeping their families close. If you are an international student planning to study in Ireland, you should be aware of these policies and make arrangements for your dependents accordingly.
Q. How much tuition fees are required to study in Ireland?
The cost of studying in Ireland varies depending on the type of program, the university, and the student’s nationality. However, international students can expect Tuition fees to start from €7,000 (Business Related Subjects)/ €10,000 (Other subjects) for Bachelor’s per year and €10,000 for the Whole Master’s program. Tuition fees may vary depending on the course, institute and length of course your are choosing to apply to.
