Apply for Ireland Join Family (Non-EEA Citizen – Spouse) Visa from ‘Sticker Visa’ Bangladesh Office

Required Documents to Submit at Our Office (whichever applicable/available):

  1. Original Valid Passport along with Old Passports, (valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from Ireland; with at least Two unused/blank pages).
  2. Fully completed and signed application Summary Sheet.
  3. Completely filled & signed the Supplementary Join Family Application Form.
  4. Two recent passport size Photographs (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Click here for Photo Specifications.
  5. A Covering Letter from the applicant on plain A4 paper, starting with the name, Passport Number, travel dates (in & out), purpose and outlining your reason for coming to Ireland. Also, provide details of the family member in Ireland who is sponsoring your application and give details of any other members of your family who are currently in Ireland, or any other EU Member State.
  6. An Invitation Letter from the sponsor in Ireland (duly signed) with the details of the signatory – name, designation, contact details i.e. direct phone number and email ID.
  7. A clear and legible copy of all pages of sponsor’s passport(s)
  8. A copy of the certificate of registration (a document issued by the Irish immigration authorities) – GNIB/IRP card & PPS Card copies.
  9. A copy of the current employment permit, Employment agreement or for researchers – (scientific) hosting agreement or other evidence of eligibility to sponsor.
  10. For PhD students who want to bring their spouse & children to Ireland, they must provide the PhD offer confirmation letter along with the detailed funding letter from the University and/or the Research Institute. 
  11. A letter from Sponsor’s employer mentioning the full name of the sponsor, designation, date of joining, current weekly and yearly gross salary etc.
  12. Sponsor must provide evidence of finances including evidence to show that the sponsor meets the minimum level of earnings required.
  13. Sponsor’s payslips
  14. Sponsor’s Rental/Lease Agreement of the residence in Ireland. Those who are living under their Employer’s provided accommodation or at Research Institute’s Dormitory, they should provide a Confirmation Letter of accommodation from their Employer or Research Institute.
  15. Bank statement of applicant (if available) in Original with bank signature and seal.
  16. Evidence of claimed relationship: You must provide evidence of the claimed relationship.
  17. Original Marriage Certificate & Nikah Namah – which must be in English and attested from Foreign Ministry of Bangladesh.
  18. Original Birth Certificate of children – which must be in English and attested from Foreign Ministry of Bangladesh.
  19. Original Police Clearance Certificate of each adult applicant (i.e., who aged more than 18 years).
  20. Previous Visa Refusals: If you have been refused a visa in the past for any country, you must provide the details.

Apart from the above-mentioned documents, the Embassy may request other documents as per the applicant’s profile, such as travel medical insurance, birth certificates, NID, communication proof with invited, financial/asset documents etc.
