Firstly, you (the applicant or its representative) have to confirm to take our service by register at our system officially; Once the registration is completed for your desired country’s or territories (e.g. Schengen) assessment, we will sit with you (Physically or Virtually) for a detail discussion about your professional & all other details and takes notes. We will also ask several questions relating to your travel plan/intention and record those as well. Then, we will request you to email/courier/handover us all the documents related to your profile or as we suggest.

Within the next 7-10 working days of your official registration, we will assess your case thoroughly and provide you a detailed assessment report over email. Once you read the full report, it will be very easy for you to make the right decision and you will understand what you need to do further. Then, we can start the documents processing & eventually the visa.

The Registration Process to Start:

To register with us, you have to comply with the terms of the service and pay the service confirmation fee (in cash at our office or at the bank) to start the process officially. This fee includes our consultant’s working time value to study your profile, social & financial aspects, and all the factors relating to your travel purpose and identify all the visa categories which are best appropriate for you.

Fee:

The fee for this Profile / Visa Assessment Service varies on certain factors (complexity of the case, number of applicants, visa category, the purpose of visit) related to the profile of the applicant.

For example: For a single person, our minimum Fee is BDT 30,000/- and for a nuclear family of 3-4 (Husband, wife & 1/2 child at best), our minimum Fee is BDT 50,000/- based on the case complexity. Hence, you are requested to call us first. On-call, we will listen to a brief of your case and advise you the applicable fee. If you are including your parents or brother/sister or friend or anyone else, then an additional assessment fee will be added/multiplied based on the number/type of applicants included.

Please Note: This assessment fee is mainly to provide you a complete guideline for selecting your visa type, identifying loopholes, documents checklist, etc. to provide you step-by-step detailed instructions on how to prepare everything for the visa, we will not write your letters or forms under this service, nor process your visa. Once you receive the assessment report from us, you can prepare everything & process the visa by yourself. Or, if you need our further assistance, additional Fees will be applicable based on the service(s) you request for visa consultation & processing.
