Required Documents to Submit at Our Office (Mandatory / Applicable/ Available):

  1. Original Valid Passport along with Old Passports, (The passport must be valid for at least three (3) months after the intended date of departure from the Republic of Serbia; at least Two unused/blank visa pages); No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
  2. Fully completed Visa Application Form – must be completed in block letters. Please fill up the Online Application, CLICK HERE.
  3. Visa Covering Letter (Recommended) by the applicant mentioning the full name, designation, Passport Number, travel dates (in & out), detailed purpose of travel, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his/her phone number & email address and addressed to The Visa Section, Embassy of Serbia, New Delhi, India.
  4. Two (2) recent passport size photographs with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Click here for Photo Specifications.
  5. PPZ Letter (Recommended) of Confirmation from Immigration / Serbian Foreign Ministry with PPZ Number.
  6. Invitation Letter: It must be provided by the inviting company (Mandatory). Please Click Here to download the form.
  7. Employment Contract paper from Serbian Company. (Mandatory)
  8. Accommodation Confirmation Letter from Serbian Company. (Mandatory)
  9. Additional Confirmation Letter from Serbian Company; that means, “Extract from the rulebook on the organization and systematization of jobs, or if the employer has less than 10 employees, the employer’s statement containing the name and description of the jobs, the type and degree of the required professional qualification, i.e. education and other special conditions for working on the jobs for the position“. (Mandatory)
  10. Registration copy of Company in Serbia (Mandatory).
  11. Sponsorship letter (recommended): It should be provided by the inviting company.
  12. Applicant’s last Diploma, certificate, educational certificate (of SSC or HSC or Diploma or Madrasa Certificate or Bachelor or any Training certificate); that means, public document on the acquired appropriate type and level of the required professional qualification (experience certificate of previous/current work), i.e. education and a Certified/Notarized Translation of the same in Serbian Language. IT IS MANDATORY TO PROVIDE.
  13. Applicant’s current or previous work experience letter (Certified/Notarized Translation of the same in Serbian Language). IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PROVIDE.
  14. Applicant’s Police Clearance Certificate in Bangladesh. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PROVIDE.
  15. Applicant’s updated CV (Recommended).
  16. Any other documents if you wish to submit as optional.
