- Fully completed Visa Application Form from this portal: http://evisa.mae.ro/home.
- Two recent passport-size photographs with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border (Size: 3cm x 4cm).
- Letter of recommendation from the Employer for the proof of the means of subsistence at the level of the minimum guaranteed wage for the entire period specified on the visa and proof of accommodation in Romania.
- Original Work Permit issued by the General Immigration Inspectorate of the Ministry of Interior of Romania.
- Original Employment Contract.
- Booking of a one-way flight ticket to Romania.
- Medical insurance valid in Romania, covering one day longer beyond the intended period of stay and of a value not less than 30,000 EUR (original and a copy);
- Police Clearance Certificate.
- If required, the Embassy of Romania may ask additional documents.
