Legalization / Authentication / Attestation Service from All Embassies inside India

If you need to do Legalization / Authentication / Attestation of any of your documents from any of the Embassies inside India, you can now hand over those documents to our Mirpur DOHS office, and our team will do the work for you. You do not need to physically travel to India to do the attestation.

All documents must be prior attested by the Foreign Ministry of Bangladesh before sending to India for the final Legalization / Authentication / Attestation. But, if the re-attestation is required from the Bangladesh High Commission in Delhi, before attesting/legalizing, our team will also do that.

The Applicant / Company needs to prepare all the supporting documents and submit at Sticker Visa’s office with the applicable Fee for further process. We will not be held responsible for any documentation mistakes or wrongly representation submitted at our office.

Processing Costs & Service Fees:

Just to give an idea, our Service Fee starts from BDT 15,000/- (for first 5 documents/pages/seals legalization). From the 6th document/page/Seal, an additional Service Fee of BDT 2,000/- will be applicable (per document/seal basis). On top of our Service Fee, the additional amounts of fees will be charged for the attestation at Bangladesh High Commission, New Delhi, The Legalization/Attestation Fee at your respective Embassy in New Delhi (which will be advised from their consular/legalization section), along with our Indian Office’s processing & coordination fees. On the basis of your requirements, we will finalize the consolidated fee which you must pay in full to initiate the Legalization/Authentication/Attestation process.

Based on the Embassy’s requirement, if any additional original documents need to be couriered to India at a later stage of the process, then an additional amount of BDT 4,750/- shall be charged as a one-way courier fee.

Sending a Document to the Destination Country: if you want, our team can also send your finally legalized/authenticated document to your destination country. But an additional courier fee with a service charge will be applicable and advised later (depending on the destination) the process.

Processing Time: Generally, it takes 2-3 weeks for the entire process. Depending on logistics and Embassy policy, the processing time may change.

Special Note: To attest documents by the Foreign Ministry of Bangladesh, you might need to do prior attestation from the below authorities as well, depending on your documents.

  1. Civil Surgeon’s Office (for Medical Documents).
  2. Metropolitan Magistrate Office in Dhaka or Districts’ Magistrate Office in other cities outside metropolitan.
  3. The Ministry of Law (Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates & NikahNama, Marriage affidavit etc.)
  4. Education Board (for Educational Certificates & Mark-sheet of SSC & HSC).
  5. The Ministry of Education (for Educational Certificates & Mark-sheet of SSC, HSC, Degree, Diploma, Master’s, PhD etc.).
  6. Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) (for Experience certificate).
  7. The National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh (for ITR Certificate).
  8. The Chamber of Commerce (for business documents).
  9. The Ministry of Commerce (for business documents).

Also, the above authorities might want your document to be notarized (from Notary Public – with translation in English, if the document is in Bangla) as well to do their attestation.
