Initial Meeting: A fee of BDT 10,000/- must be paid once you take an appointment and visit our office for an initial discussion and basic assessment of your profile. Here, we will listen to your background details and tell you about your current situation & opportunities, and parallely more about our services (how we will deliver it). This meeting is basically the part of our next detailed assessment process. In case you want to confirm the next step directly, then you do not need to pay this. Then you will pay for the next service which is ‘Profile Assessment & Job Sourcing’.
Profile Assessment & Job Sourcing: Once the initial meeting is done and you have decided to take our service, then you will pay us BDT 30,000/- (initial meeting fee of BDT 10,000/- will be deducted from this fee if you confirm within 7 days of the initial meeting). After the payment, we will start the detailed assessment on your profile and prepare the related documents, and further initiate the job sourcing guidelines task.
Work Permit Process: Once you receive a job offer confirmation from any international organization or consulting firm, you will initiate the permit processing consultation. If there is any additional fee for issuing the permit, such as immigration fee, lawyer fee, courier fee or any other, then you have to pay those additionally to the concerned parties as per the amount incurs.
Visa Documentation / Consultation: Once the work/employment permit is received, you will pay us BDT 50,000/- as our documents consultation fee, so that we can provide you a thorough guidelines on your visa documents and also prepare those by ourselves. This fee excludes any third-party costs (such as, translation & notary, affidavits, appointment, insurance, and others). Once all the documents are ready, we will advise you on visa submission to the respective Embassy / Diplomatic Mission, or we will submit on your behalf (where applicable.
Visa Processing Support: Depending on the country, if we submit your application to the Embassy on behalf of you, then we will advise you what fee is required. Accordingly, you have to pay it. But, if you need to submit your documents by yourself to the Embassy, then you do not need to pay us any processing fee.
Additional Commitment/Consultation Fee: Depending on the countries, we will advise you regarding this fee amount – when to pay and how to pay.

Special Note: The above fees are minimum, not absolute, and for references. Depending on the country, the fee and condition will change.

Also, prepare all the related documents appropriately and approach the embassy for visa application. Hence, starting from the Initial Meeting fee to our Visa Processing Support fees, all the payments you make at our office are completely Non-Refundable, regardless of the job offer or visa decision. Therefore, for any reason, if your work permit gets cancelled or your visa gets refused, you cannot claim any amount of fee that you pay to our office.
