Common Supporting Documents for Ghana Business visa:

- One duly completed visa form. Please visit (this link: https://visa.ghana-mission.co.in/ApplyVisa ), fill up the full form completely and upload the necessary documents. Then, before the payment, provide us your Application ID. We will do the further needful. It will be done at our office during submission.
- Two recent passport-size photographs (35x45mm and 80% face zoom)
- Hotel booking & Confirmed air ticket (return/onward journey with PNR or E-ticket number). Hotel booking dates must be aligned with the Air ticket’s dates.
- Yellow fever vaccination original card.
- Original invitation letter with original courier envelope & the inviter should fax or email a copy of the same invitation letter to the Ghana High Commission. It is not mandatory rather recommended. However, if the Ghana High Commission specifically ask this document, then the applicant must provide these.
- An undertaking that the host/Inviter will ensure that the visitor complies fully with immigration laws of Ghana.
- Copy of ID prove with Phone number, email address and postal Address of 2 reference persons in Ghana.
- Covering letter from the applicant.
- Forwarding letter from employers of the applicant. Office ID card copy and 2 copies of office visiting card.
- Trade license or Business registration copy of applicant while owns self-business.
- Bank Statement of the applicant for the last 6 months (180 days at least).
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) of the applicant which should not be more that 6 months old.
- COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate
Please note, that applicant(s) might be asked for additional documents or in-person Interview by the Visa Officer at Ghana High Commission if necessary. In such case of in-person interview, the applicants must visit the High Commission of Ghana in India.
In case of in-person interview or if the Visa Office do not accept the application to process, our service fee cannot be refunded.
