How to Process Cambodia Business Visa Application from Bangladesh

Bangladeshi passport holders applying for a Cambodia Business Visa (Visa E) generally proceed through the Cambodia e-Visa system.

There are two ways to proceed with the immigration approval:

  • The applicant may first obtain the Approval Letter from the General Department of Immigration (GDI) of Cambodia and then submit the Business e-Visa application.
  • Alternatively, the applicant may submit the e-Visa application first and then request the immigration approval by providing the e-Visa application/reference number to the General Department of Immigration of Cambodia.

However, For Bangladeshi citizens, an Approval Letter from the General Department of Immigration (GDI) of Cambodia is required before the e-Visa application can be processed. The applicant must first arrange and obtain this approval directly from the General Department of Immigration of Cambodia.

Once the approval letter has been received, applicants may contact the Sticker Visa team for consultation and assistance with the Cambodia Business e-Visa application, required documentation, application preparation and submission.

Please note: Sticker Visa does not arrange or obtain the Approval Letter from the General Department of Immigration (GDI) of Cambodia on behalf of applicants. The applicant must request and obtain this approval directly from the Cambodian immigration authority.

Required Documents to Submit at Our Office (whichever applicable/available):

  1. Original Valid Passport along with Old Passports, (valid for at least 6 months after the intended stay/departure date from Cambodia.
  2. Fully completed Visa Application Form – must be completed in black ink and block letters. The applicant must sign the application form, and the signature should match the signature on the passport.
  3. Two(2) recent passport size photographs with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Click here for Photo Specifications.
  4. An Invitation Letter from the company or host in Cambodia, explaining the details of the business trip with the host’s contact details.
  5. Approval Letter from the General Department of Immigration (GDI) of Cambodia is required for the e-Visa process.
  6. Registration License copy along with Tax Patent from the Inviting Company in Cambodia.
  7. Personal Bank Statement of the Applicant for last 6 months.
  8. Proof of current social and professional status of the applicant:
    • Service Holder – Letter issued by the employer on company’s official letterhead establishing a position of the employee in the company, years in service, grant of leave and salary certificate of the last three (3) months.
    • Business/self-employed – Visa request letter on official letterhead with company registration papers.
  9. Copy of Return Air Ticket Booking.
  10. Copy of Hotel Booking. The dates should be aligned with the air ticket.
  11. COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate.

Apart from the above-mentioned documents, the Embassy may request other documents as per the applicant’s profile, such as marriage certificate, NID / Birth Certificate, business documents, meeting agendas, trade fair registration etc.
