Common Supporting Documents for Belarus Visas:
Below are the basic documents to apply for a Belarusian visa at our Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka Office. The specifications shall vary based on travel purposes. - Original Passport with all previous passports, at least two blank pages, valid for at least 90 days after the date of departure from the Republic of Belarus, with no torn pages.
- Properly filled Visa Application Form, filled out in legible handwriting or typing (in block letters), signed by the applicant.
- Two recent passport size photographs with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
- Color Photographs: Taken not earlier than 6 months prior to the date of application, 35×45 mm, full face (70-80% of the picture) without sunglasses, without a hat or other head covering, unless for ethnic or religious reasons; plain, evenly lit and light background, high resolution.
- For Tourism, an original or copy of visa request issued by Belarusian tour operator/health resort operator / agro-eco tourism operator (with copies of documents authorizing the company to render agro-eco tourism services)
- For Business Visa, Original or copy of visa request (invitation) by a Belarusian legal entity.
- For Study Visa, an Original invitation issued by Belarusian educational institution verified by a territorial immigration authority of the Republic of Belarus.
- For Private Visit, an Original Invitation and the passport copy from the host in Belarus.
- Covering Letter from applicant on plain A4 paper, starting with the name, Passport Number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his/her phone number & email ID and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Belarus, New Delhi.
- Copy of Health Insurance Certificate: It must contain the details of the issuing company, name of the applicant, valid in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, valid for the period of stay in the Republic of Belarus, with a minimum coverage of 10,000 Euros.
- Financial Statement for the past 3 months, original: bank account statement attested by the bank – of the applicant / of the applicant’s own company / of the applicant’s family member’s company; or salary slip on the Employer’s letterhead.
- Ticket Itinerary reservation copy from your travel agent and Proof of Accommodation in Belarus.
Please note, all the above documents have to be in English only. If not in English, kindly translate and notarize it.
Please Note: Visitors who will stay in Belarus for more than 5 days must be registered in the territorial departments of the Ministry of Home (Internal) Affairs of Belarus. If you are staying in any hotel such registration will be made by the management of the hotel. If you staying in apartments, by your friends etc, you or your inviting side must do such registration in the local Home Affairs office within 5 days after arrival.
