Common Supporting Documents for Azerbaijan visa:

We provide the customized and specific checklist for our clients while requested over email. But below are the common documents which you need to present:

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of 3 months after the return to Bangladesh and all previous passports. Also, photocopies of all the visa pages must be included.
2. Online Visa Application Form from Visa Application Portal: visaapplication.mfa.gov.az, fully completed, print and signed.

4. Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head or plain A4 paper, starting with name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by applicant with his/her phone number & email ID and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Azerbaijan, New Delhi, India.
5. An invitation letter approved from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan (letter is valid only for one month. Invitations are processed in the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan) (Mandatory)
6. A registered copy of a certificate (for non-governmental organizations) from Azerbaijan Inviter.
7. HIV Test Certificate (to be obtained from any competent hospital, in English and with validity of 1 month. The certificate should cover at least duration of validity of visa)
8. A copy of Medical Insurance Certificate (if a host does not undertake to pay for medical services)
9. Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. Also, if the company bear cost, it will be clearly mentioned on the letter. The letter must be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Azerbaijan, New Delhi, India.
10. Trade License (if applicable): Translated Notarized version of your company. If you have other govt. registration documents of your business in English, you may also provide as supporting documents.
11. Copy of Airline Tickets showing dates of entry and exit.
12. Confirmed hotel reservation. Or resident’s utility bill’s copy if you are residing at your inviter’s house.
13. Application submitted by a party inviting a foreigner and a stateless person to the Republic of Azerbaijan which is approved by an appropriate authority of the executive power.
14. If applied through an authorized agent, applicant’s notary attested authorization letter and ID copy of authorized person is also required.
15. Bank statement of applicant as well as of the company for last 6 months. Recent one, If your bank statement does not reflect the salary disbursement from your employer, then you also need to include salary statement/pay slip for last 6 months from your employer, duly signed by the concerned person.

17. TIN and Latest Income Tax Return copy (only acceptable in English or translated and notarized)
18. Copy of Marriage Certificate in English or translated and duly notarized.
19. Copy of birth certificate for children. These are recommended to provide.
20. Previous Visa Refusals letter if you have any.

Please note, all above documents have to be in English only. If not in English, kindly translate & notarize it.

Apart from the above required documents (as applicable), the Embassy of Azerbaijan may ask any additional documents depending on the visa application’s purpose. In such case, the applicant/inviter will be informed to provide the supporting documents.
