Apply for Taiwan Student Visa for Internship from ‘Sticker Visa’ Bangladesh Office

Special Note: The Visa Applicant must have USA or Canada or UK visa at his/her passport, only then they do not need to visit India at Taiwan Embassy for Biometric and/or Interview. Other than this, you must visit India in-person to apply for visa. However, Visa Interview depends on the discretion of the Embassy only.

Required Documents to Submit at Our Office (whichever applicable/available):

  1. Original Valid Passport along with Old Passports, (valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from Taiwan; with at least Two unused/blank pages).
  2. Fully completed and signed Online Visa Application Form. Click Here to go to the Application link.
  3. Two recent passport size Photographs (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Click Here for Photo Specifications.
  4. A Covering Letter from the applicant on plain A4 paper, starting with the name, designation, Passport Number, travel dates (in & out), purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his/her phone number & email address.
  5. The Permission Letter from the Ministry of Education Affair in Taiwan which should be applied by the University in Taiwan
  6. An Invitation Letter from Taiwan (must have University letterhead, date & signature) from the host University with the details of the signatory – name, designation, contact details i.e. direct phone number and email ID.
  7. Letter of Guarantee from Taiwan, duly filled and signed along with inviter’s ROC ID copy. Click Here to download the Form.
  8. No Objection Letter from university/college in Bangladesh (only for short term internship or research less than 6 months)
  9. Ticket Itinerary & Accommodation details.
  10. Bank Statement of the applicant for the last 6 months (Required original bank statement on bank letterhead paper with stamp).

Apart from the above-mentioned documents, the Embassy may request other documents as per the applicant’s profile, such as travel medical insurance, NID, communication proof with invited, other financial/asset documents etc.
